I made a blog named
Channel Zero, mostly industrial, but with forays into noise and experimental territories. Then, as i wanted to explore more these avenues but without "polluting" the focus of the first blog, I created
New Noise Net. Then... I guess i got sidetracked, and what began as a kind of sideproject became my main blogging project, and Channel Zero, after a wave of spamming comments and deleted posts by disgruntled label owners, was slowly abandoned. Then again, a few days ago, I began another new blog, like a sideproject of my sideproject, which was, incidentally, almost the same kind of blog than Channel Zero, with just a more apocalyptic feel to it... So I began to wonder... Isn't the right move to re-enact Channel Zero with a twist. Contemplating my record collection, with over a third of its 3000+ cds being industrial or related, I guess there are still things to tell with that medium, even if I find it more and more stagnant as the years go by (compared to the new noise scene, which never failed to amaze me). So here's the deal I offer you. As of today, Channel Zero is back, for the time that will be necessary to upload all relevant cds in my collection. I'll try to re-up most of the deleted posts, but there are some that were sold during that time so, they're gone for good. As I haven't the time to fight the tireless efforts by a tenacious ant to delete all posts relevant to his label and its friends, no post will ever be re-up after that. So be fast before the big bad ant saw us... That being said, New Noise Net will not be left aside, as the next wave of posts will soon prove...
And remember, it's not music, but who cares ?
Enjoy.
